Firefighters put their lives on the line regularly to ensure the communities they serve stay safer. Tommy Nelms, owner of Sweeps & Ladders, served as a firefight for over 13 years, and he’s seen just how easily fires can start in a home and how completely devastating the aftermath can be. That’s why in 2010 he started a chimney company – to help prevent them from starting in the first place. He’s been working hard to keep Middle Tennessee safer ever since!
Knowing what Tommy knows about fires is invaluable in this industry, and it can make all the difference in keeping a home safer and better protected. Tommy’s turned his passion for firefighting into a passion for preventing fires, which is why homeowners throughout the area always rely on us for all things chimney.
